Fly Farther for Less

It was the greatest experience I ever had with Oojo customer support. I booked a flight through Oojo online, and it was a long flight with almost a 34-hour layover, but an Oojo support agent called me right after I booked and helped me shorten my flight to a 2-hour layover! He was a polite, kind person and truly one of a kind. What a great service!

I was surprised to get a call about an airline ticket from a travel site but now that I understand it’s a really nice personal service- and unexpected feeling of security. Karev was very patient and helpful.
Though I haven’t taken the flight, I have raised expectations based on the customer service experience thus far..

I had a great experience with Hiroshi Ahmed from Oojo Travel. He was very helpful in booking the extra flight protection and took the time to clearly explain all the available plans and flight information. He was patient, professional, and made sure I understood everything before completing the booking.
